The project
Three tourist residences at Xeroniamata
ALFAMAX GREECE is building three furnished tourist residences of about 45 m² each, with private pools, on its own 2,580 m² plot at Xeroniamata. The residences will operate under a single MHTE tourism licence. The company will own and operate them. Completion is planned for summer 2027.
