Each residence is about 45 m², fully furnished, with a private pool. All three sit on one 2,580 m² plot at Xeroniamata and operate under a single MHTE tourism licence.

Book one, or book all three

Short stays in one residence

We built these for couples and small families, mostly from Italy, Northern Europe and the UK, who want privacy and quiet more than nightlife. Your residence and its pool are yours for the length of the stay.

The whole property

Rent all three residences together. It suits two or three families travelling together, a group of friends, or a small family celebration. You get the whole plot and all three pools to yourselves.
